Vermouth
Bitter Sugar Eggs
Procedure: In a blender add two measures of Vermouth, a measure of water, white of an egg and two egg yolks. Blend at full speed to add three drops of Bitter and sugar to taste. Serve in a cup decorated with a slice of orange.
