Another cheesecake (Blog: "The little meals of Christ") is that I love ....... and those I have still to do ........ This particular recipe is made in the oven (is type cheese) and also we can put jam over .....

Ingredients:

300 gr. cream cheese (quark, philadelphia, mascarpone ....)

3 medium eggs

200 gr. sugar

200 ml.

cream 1 plain yogurt

1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch

Jam for coverage

Prepared

Put all the ingredients in the glass and set speed 30 seconds 5. Pour on a greased with butter, or silicone (better to unmold.)

we put in a preheated oven at 180 ยบ for 1 hour or less, depending on the oven, so your best bet is to go checking is done by poking a needle in the center and when perfectly clear is that it is ready. We hope to cool completely before removing from pan and cover with jam.
