COD WITH TOMATOES AND POTATOES NOODLES WITH BAKING

is spectacular as is the steamed fish in the bowl Varoma, for my taste the cod is one of the ones I like. This particular recipe we love in home .......

Ingredients:
Tomato Fried

6 desalted cod loins (can put more fish using upper tray Varoma)
baking potatoes :
100 g of extra virgin olive oil
100 g of water
600 g of potatoes (cut to tortilla)
100 g green peppers (cut into strips)

Lactonesa:
150 g of milk
1 clove garlic
300 g of sunflower oil
10 g lemon juice

Note: We can put a gratin bought mayonnaise instead of the lactonesa. Besides, I also put a little bread crumbs on top.
