started the year with a croquette recipe than the one we used to do, I do them often ......... The recipe is from "MJmix" and are very rich ........ Ingredients:
3 cans of tuna
2 cheeses
50 gr.
oil 50 gr.
butter 75 gr.
flour 1 small onion
300 gr.
milk salt parsley
nutmeg pepper (to taste)
Preparation: Drain well
tuna oil. Reserve. Pour in the Thermomix oil, butter and onion 5 minutes program, varoma temperature, speed 4 seconds and then put on speed 1 until time runs out. Add flour and
program 3 minutes, temperature 100 º, speed 1. Stir in milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Blend 10 seconds on speed 6. Then check
tuna and cheeses and program 7 minutes, temperature 100 º, speed 2.
When stopping the machine stops for a few minutes. Pour batter of the croquettes in a bowl and let cool. After cooling the pasta, prepared croquettes, passing the same for bread crumbs, egg and breadcrumbs again. Fry them in abundant oil.
